Prayers for Nicole Stamm
Dear bothers and sisters, One of the kindest women I have ever met, a friend of mine, Nicole Stamm, is very sick with lung cancer. This woman never smoked and always lived a healthy life. Because the powers of prayer are the most powerful, please pray for her to find the strength to fight this desease and find peace to overcome her fears. I am asking Virgin Mary to care for her. Thank you, God bless you all -- Sophie Corret

Update on Jen Cole's Father
A couple of hours ago they identified dad's infection as MRCA...a very infectious bacteria. They have tweaked the antibiotics, his kidneys are slightly better and his other vital signs are strong. Unfortunately, he has to have surgery tomorrow to clan out the infection which seems to have taken root in his hip. It's a strong likelihood that his hip replacement and an additional stent will have to be removed, rendering him immobile until/if he can have a new hip replacement. Just the thought of the long painful recovery that lies ahead is difficult for us all to consider. For now, it's just one step at a time. Dad is in more pain today, and exhausted, since good sleep is elusive. His spirits and mental alertness are not as good as yesterday, but we are hopeful that will improve once he gets some sleep, nutrition, and the infection subsides. Thank you for your continued prayers. We are more grateful than u can imagine. Love, -- Jen Cole
