I found that having mild chest pains and then sudden pain in your shoulder after a nitro- pill in front of your cardiologist scares the devil out of them.  He immediately stopped discussion of a stress test and scheduled a catheterization of the heart network for Friday morning and will insert stint[s] as needed.  Should be home Friday evening if all goes well, and if not, then by Saturday
